In the cup, this single origin specialty coffee is an absolute fruitcake! The first thing you'll taste in this specialty coffee is a concoction of which can only be described as sangria in a glass - perfect for those winter mornings. Think boozy oranges, cherry, dark red fruits - get the picture? That slowly gives way to this big boozy body that's got a sweet red wine note to it. Lastly, on the finish, there is just a lingering of dark red fruits, not enough to make this specialty coffee a sangria fruit bomb, but enough to make you think "mmmm, that's interesting!". Miraflores is the area that looks over Finca La Aurora. It is the home of Reinel and Felipe, the drivers that collect the coffee harvests that are delivered to La Aurora, Villarmaria’s buying point.

They are key members of the community and Miraflores is home to the largest number of Villamaria’s coffee producers. The area sits at an average altitude of 1800 MASL, with an extraordinary view of the snowy mountains of El Cisne, El Volcan Nevado del Ruiz, and Santa Isabel.
